Our beef and marinated pot roasts are especially carefully cooked at low temperatures and sure to turn out well with the sous-vide cooking method. For an especially intense taste experience.
All Hülshorst roasts are also available cut into slices, glazed and then deep-frozen. The advantage? The slices are individually removable and therefore you can prepare exactly the amount of food you need. Ideally suited for take away business. Whatever is ordered can be ready in 10 min in the convection stove or in 2 min on the contact grill.
