Made from fresh pork fillets and already roasted without fat until golden brown – ready to eat straight away. Serve with grilled tomatoes and diced potatoes or as a sandwich in wholemeal bread – the ultimate meat treat.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (140 °C / 60 % moisture), put 12 frozen steaks onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 12 minutes

Pan

Heat the defrosted product with some oil from both sides with little browning

Contact grill

Preheat up to 210 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 2:30 minutes
