Made from fresh beef, mildly seasoned and refined with herbs and spices – without onion – excellent flavour, perfect for light cuisine.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (140 °C/ 60 % moisture), put 18 - 20 frozen burgers onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 17 minutes

Pan

Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 minutes from each side
