Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (140 °C/ 60 % moisture), put 3 kg of the frozen product onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 12 minutes

Contact grill

Preheat up to 190 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 3 minutes
