Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (160 °C/ 0 % moisture), put 10 - 12 frozen Cordon Bleu onto a 1/1 stainless-steel GN tray and heat approx. 18 min.

Deep fryer

Deep-fry frozen product at approx. 160 °C oil temperature until the desired degree of browning and a core temperature of 72 °C, allow the product to rest for several minutes
