160 g, fried, 65 % pork, IQF

Fresh pork loin, deliciously lightly seasoned and coated in golden breadcrumbs – so that it tastes like homemade. Schnitzel can accompany the whole day, from snack rolls to go through schnitzel with light vegetables at noon to schnitzel with green asparagus and boiled potatoes in the evening.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (180 °C/ 0 % moisture), put 6 - 8 frozen schnitzel onto a 1/1 stainless-steel GN tray and heat approx. 10 min.

Pan

Add some fat, heat frozen product from each side at medium heat for approx. 3 - 4 min.

Contact grill

Preheat up to 200 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 2:30 minutes
