Preparation:
Convection stove
After preheating stove (180 °C/ 0 % moisture), put 10 - 14 frozen schnitzel onto a 1/1 stainless-steel GN tray and heat approx. 11 min.
Pan
Add some fat, heat frozen product from each side at medium heat for approx. 3 - 4 min.
Contact grill
Preheat up to 200 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 2:30 minutes
