Made from the very best carefully selected pork and beef, with fresh onion, egg and breadcrumbs. All perfectly seasoned with fresh herbs and spices – that’s how you make a meatball! Roasted on Teflon or fried in our local rapeseed oil and individually quick frozen without delay – making them light and delicious for everyone.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (140 °C/ 60 % moisture), put 18 frozen burger onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 20 minutes

Pan

Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 minutes from each side

Contact grill

Preheat up to 190 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 4 minutes
