Fresh and succulent topside pork, cut on-site to include plenty of meat! This is one of the reason why it tastes homemade. The tasty "homemade" breadcrumb coating turns beautifully crispy when cooked. Well seasoned and of course without any E-numbers! No seasoning, palm fat or artificial flavours whatsoever. Available fried or uncooked, but always shock frozen and individually removable. With side dishes and sauces or gratinated: the bestseller on any menu!

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (180 °C/ 0 % moisture), put 8 frozen schnitzel onto a 1/1 stainless-steel GN tray and heat approx. 12 min.

Pan

Add some fat, heat frozen product from each side at medium heat for approx. 3 - 4 min.

Contact grill

Preheat up to 200 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 4 - 4:30 minutes
