With these strips you can make pasta, wraps and also good pizza. Fresh chicken is lightly seasoned. Due to the fresh cutting and subsequent roasting, the strips have a great flavour and classic appearance. Roasted to the point and smelling deliciously they are IQF frosted. Calculation-safe in 2.5 kg bags, the strips bring out all their flavour and great texture during preparation.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (160 °C/ 40 % moisture), put 2.5 kg of the frozen product onto a 1/1 stainless-steel GN tray and heat approx. 14 min

Pan

Heat a thin layer of the deep frozen product with little oil at medium heat from each side until the desired degree of browning.

Clever cooking

Prepare your meal as usual, but add this meat component directly in the deep-frozen condition - whether into the sauce, the casserole or for cold tableting.
