With these strips you can make pasta, wraps and also good pizza. Fresh chicken is lightly seasoned. Due to the fresh cutting and subsequent roasting, the strips have a great flavour and classic appearance. Roasted to the point and smelling deliciously they are IQF frosted. Calculation-safe in 2.5 kg bags, the strips bring out all their flavour and great texture during preparation.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (160 °C / 40 % moisture), put 2.5 kg of the frozen product onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 14 minutes

Pan

Heat a thin layer of the frozen product with some oil

Clever cooking

Prepare your meal as usual, but add this meat component directly in the deep-frozen condition - whether into the sauce, the casserole or for cold tableting.
