Juicy pork that was cut in-house meets fresh onions, a little breadcrumbs and a wonderful mixture of herbs and spices to perfectly capture the classic flavour. Just as good in a sandwich as it is with savoy cabbage and fried potatoes.

Preparation:

Convection stove

Put the frozen product with the vacuum foil onto a GN-tray and heat at 120°C 100 % moisture for approx. 150 min. Remove the foil before consumption of the product.

Hinweis

Warning: Heat the foil up to max. 120 °C! Open the convection stove after 30 min. and remove the label.
