Meatballs of exceptional quality made from carefully selected veal, lightly seasoned, enriched with fresh herbs and with no onions – part of a light balanced diet particularly well-tolerated by those with sensitive digestions. With no additives! Shock frozen immediately after cooking so they can be individually removed. They masterfully showcase the benefits of easy handling and short preparation times: straight onto the plates of satisfied diners.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (120 °C/ 100 % moisture), put 3 kg of the frozen product onto a perforated 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 14 - 16 minutes

Pot

Boil the product in stock. After reaching the boiling point, let the product rest for 5 minutes in the hot stock.
