Made from deliciously light, well-seasoned poultry . Fresh ingredients, the finest spices and high-quality meat give it its characteristic flavour. Serve as a main course with Mexican vegetables and country potatoes, as a snack roll or on a fresh salad.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (120°C/ 50 % moisture), put the frozen product onto a GN-tray, heat for approx. 15 minutes, afterwards brown the product at 150 °C, setting dry heat, for about 5 minutes

Pan

Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 minutes from each side

Contact grill

Preheat up to 190 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 3:30 minutes
