Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (160 °C/ 40 % moisture), put 2.5 kg of the frozen product onto a 1/1 stainless-steel GN tray and heat approx. 14 min; mix before serving

Pan

Roast the frozen product at strong heat without any additional fat

Contact grill

Preheat up to 200 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 2 minutes
