Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (160 °C/ 40 % moisture), put 12 frozen burger onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 16 minutes

Pan

Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 min. on each side or grill it with the light browning on the barbeque

Contact grill

Preheat up to 190 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 3 minutes
