Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (160 °C/ 40 % moisture), put 2.5 kg of the frozen product onto a 1/1 stainless-steel GN tray and heat approx. 14 min; mix before serving

Pan

Heat the deep frozen product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3-4 minutes from each side
