Das gefrorene Produkt bei 160°C Öltemperatur bis zur gewünschten Bräune und einer Kerntemperatur von 72 °C frittieren, dann wenige Minuten ruhen lassen.

Pfanne

Das tiefgefrorene Produkt in heißem Fett bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 5 - 6 Min. von jeder Seite braten, danach das Produkt abtropfen und wenige Minuten ruhen lassen
