Convection-Stove
after preheating stove (140 °C/ 40 % moisture), put 14 frozen Salisbury steaks onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 12 minutes
Pan
heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 minutes from each side
Contact-Grill
preheat up to 190 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 2 minutes
