Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (140 °C/ 40 % moisture), put 14 of the frozen Salisbury steaks onto a 1/1 stainless-steel GN tray and heat approx. 10 min

Pan

Heat the deep frozen product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 - 4 minutes from each side
