Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (140 °C/ 60 % moisture), put 3 kg of the frozen product onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 10 minutes

Pan

Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 3 - 4 minutes
