Preparation:

Convection stove

Preheat up to 235°C; put the pork belly within the foil in hot water for about 5 minutes, cut the foil open and unwrap the belly. Cut the rind crosswise, put the product onto a GN-tray and roast it for about 55 minutes until the rind is crispy.
