These 25-gram meatballs are made with 40 % beef and 10 % barley – resulting in a 30 % reduction in CO₂ emissions. They offer a familiar, savoury beef flavour combined with improved nutritional value and less fat. Roasted without fat, they’re juicy and tender. With no onions, they’re also suitable for a light, balanced diet.
Enjoy them as a snack, in a casserole, or cooked with minimal staff with pasta, veggie-mix and mushroom sauce.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (140 °C/ 0 % moisture), put 3 kg of the frozen product onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 12 minutes

Pfanne

Heat the deep frozen product with little oil at medium heat from each side
