Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove 240 °C/ 0 % moisture), put 8 - 10 frozen skewers onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 8 minutes

Pan

Heat the frozen product without adding oil at medium heat approx. 8 min., turning several times.

Contact grill

Preheat up to 190 °C, broil defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 2 x 2:30 minutes, turn once after half of the cookung time
