Original Swedish recipe – typically seasoned with a hint of onion. Delicious with beetroot and boiled potatoes. Also with mashed potatoes and cranberries – children love it too. Ready to serve in just 9 minutes from frozen! Prepare it when you need it and don't throw anything away.

Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (140 °C/ 60 % moisture), put 3 kg of the frozen product onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 9 minutes

Pan

Heat the defrosted product with little oil at medium heat for approx. 4 minutes

Contact grill

Preheat up to 190 °C, broil the defrosted product (core temperature approx. 4 °C) for approx. 3:30 minutes
