Preparation:

Convection stove

After preheating stove (160 °C / 0 % moisture), put 3 kg of the frozen balls onto a 1/1 stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 8 minutes

Pan

Add some fat, heat the frozen balls from all sides at medium heat
